Every year, the Tampa Bay Rays release a motivational video prior to the start of the regular season with a specific theme. This year’s video, narrated by radio broadcasters Andy Freed and Neil Solondz is entitled “Let The Outsiders Doubt Us,” and was released on the team’s social media platforms Wednesday.
