Rays Return Home To Start Stand With White Sox

The Tampa Bay Rays will start a six-game homestand Friday with the first of three games against the Chicago White Sox.  Calvin Faucher (0-0, 4.15 ERA) will open for Tampa Bay, taking on Michael Kopech (0-2, 6.32 ERA).  First pitch is scheduled for 6:40.

Siri Begings Rehab Assignment

Outfielder Jose Siri has been out since suffering a hamstring injury April 7, but the 27-year-old has started the final step to returning to the Tampa Bay lineup.

Siri will begin a rehab assignment with the Triple-A Durham Bulls tonight, as they are in Syracuse taking on the New York Mets top minor-league affiliate.
