With the 2022 Minor League Baseball season about a month away from beginning its Spring Training, the Tampa Bay Rays Monday announced the staffs of their four full-season minor league affiliates along with the minor-league coordinators that will work with the short-season complex teams.

He likes new analytics and aged bourbon, and is the owner of one of the ugliest knuckleballs ever witnessed by baseball scouts.
