Patino Looks To Cut Rays Magic Number To Seven

The Tampa Bay Rays will try to cut their magic number to win the American League East to seven or perhaps fewer Friday night in the second of four games against the Detroit Tigers.  Luis Patino (4-3, 4.62 ERA) will get the start, taking on Casey Mize (7-8, 3.66 ERA).  First pirtch is scheduled for 7:10.
