With no negotiations scheduled for this weekend between Major League Baseball and the Players Association, St. Pete Nine’s Steve Carney dies into other aspects that could come about because of the lockout.  Today we look at some of the free agents that decided not to sign before the lockout began and how some could find themseles making a lot more by waiting than if they decided to sign deals before eerything came to a halt.
