The Tampa Bay Rays lost a pair of starters to injury in Monday night’s game against Baltimore Orioles, as both catcher Mike Zunino and designated hitter Yandy Diaz were replaced in the middle of the contest.

Zunino was listed to begin the fourth inning with tightness in his left hip flexor, he was replaced by Francisco Mejia behind the plate.

Diaz left the game in the sixth with neck spasms, according to the Rays.  He was pinch-hit for by Vidal Brujan.
