Wander Returns To Lineup As Rays Look For Series Win

The Tampa Bay Rays will look to ensure a winning homestand and another series victory with a win Saturday afternoon in the middle game of this three-game series against the Minnesota Twins.  Chris Archer (0-1, 4.35 ERA) will get the start, taking on Andrew Albers (1-0, 0.96 ERA).  First pitch is scheduled for 4:05.

Franco Good To Go After Concussion Checks

Shortstop Wander Franco is back in the Rays lineup after being removed from Thursday’s game against Boston and missing Friday’s opener against the Twins with what the team called a headache and being tested for a concussion.

Manager Kevin Cash said Franco felt better Friday and cleared the tests administered by the training staff.
