Caminero To Have MRI On Quad

The Rays top prospect, infielder Junior Caminero, is having an MRI on his left leg to determine the extent of a left quad injury he suffered in a game Sunday with the Triple-A Durham Bulls.

Bulls broadcaster Patrick Kinas recorded the incident.

Caminero made his big-league debut last season with the Rays, playing in seven games and hitting .235/.278/.353 with one home run and seven RBI.
