If you’ve been unable to get your COVID-19 vaccine or tickets to see the Rays this season, you’re going to get an opportunity to kill two birds with one stone.
The Rays announced Wednesday that they will be offering free coronavirus vaccinations at Tropicana Field June 15-17 from 3-7 pm at Gate 1. Both the Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson shots will be available. Those who chose to have the Pfizer shots administered will also have the date and location for the second required dose scheduled. There are no residency requirements or appontments necessary. The shots are free, and no insurance is required.
In addition, fans will be given a voucher for two complimentary lower reserved or GTE Financial Party Deck tickets to a future Rays game that does not involve the Yankees or Red Sox. The voucher must be redeemed at RaysBaseball.com using the unique code.
