Center fielder Kevin Kiermaier is being held out of the lineup Wednesday night, as manager Kevin Cash said he is dealing with some discomfort in his left hamstring.   Cash said Kiermaier would be available to play in the gae if needed, but with the team having a day off on Thursday, they would like to avoid having to use him tonight in Boston.
