Monday, I joined Miller & Moulton on the Florida Sports Network to talk about the Rays submitting a proposal for the redevelopment of the Tropicana Field site.
We got into what the proposal means for the team, what it means for a possible move across the bay to Tampa, and if the current attendance issues at Tropicana Field will plague a future ballpark on the same site.
